I have heard so many great things from other people about the 3 Day Refresh, I just had to try it myself! I chose August 1 to 3. I liked all of the drinks, shakes, fruits, and vegetable dishes, and really the only challenge was being at a family gathering on the second day and having yummy food staring me in the face! (But amazingly, I successfully resisted temptation!)
I felt great throughout the weekend and ended up losing 3 pounds and 3.5 inches, which made me very happy! It truly felt like I gave my body a rest from the usual "stuff" and it was awesome to be able to do a cleanse without starving myself! I look forward to doing it again sometime this fall.
