Yum! (Seriously!) It took a little bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to crank out the noodles, but once I got the hang of it, it was very easy. As you can see from the picture, I also produced a few rotinis (bonus!), but no matter--it all tasted really good. There are a variety of ways you can cook the zoodles, but I chose to saute them in coconut oil (also part of CRC protocol). I ate some of them plain and the rest with marinara sauce. I definitely see putting this into our regular meal rotation!
